Jawnt’s co-founder & CEO, Jeff Stade, has been recognized as one of The Association for Commuter Transportation’s 40 Under 40. This annual award recognizes standout professionals in the transportation demand management (TDM) field, and the Jawnt team couldn’t be more proud.
The Association for Commuter Transportation is the premier organization and leading advocate for commuter transportation and TDM professionals. ACT works to create an efficient multimodal transportation system and to improve the quality of life of commuters, enhance the livability of communities, and stimulate economic activity.
As ACT says, “These awards are given to ambitious leaders working to find creative solutions to improve the quality of life of all commuters and the livability of communities, and developing TDM programs that shift behavior. Transportation affects everyone, and these inspiring individuals are creating a better journey for everyone.”
“This year’s awardees are an outstanding group of leaders that I am truly proud to recognize,” said David McMaster, President of the Association for Commuter Transportation. “Their commitment to expanding access to transportation options is commendable, and I am confident that their communities will continue to benefit greatly from their work.”
We’re in great company alongside awardees working to address mobility and transportation challenges at the community, state, and national levels, including leaders from transit agencies and elected representatives.
“Through the implementation, support, and management of effective TDM strategies, these leaders are improving mobility and transportation efficiency,” said David Straus, Executive Director of the Association for Commuter Transportation. “This year’s recipients join previous winners in their continued efforts to create a better journey for all travelers. Congratulations to these professionals for their exceptional work.”
”ACT and Jawnt have a shared vision of promoting sustainable transportation, which makes this award incredibly meaningful,” says Jeff. “It’s an exciting time to connect with other TDM professionals, and I’m honored to be part of this year’s winners.”
