As a leader in the commuter benefits space, this is of particular importance as we integrate with organizations’ HRIS and payroll systems and manage passes that employees use to pay for transit.

So, What’s SOC 2?

The SOC 2 security framework reflects adherence to the rigorous standards set by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA). It’s an in-depth process that ensures we have the right controls in place to protect our customers’ data from unauthorized access, breaches, or anything that could go wrong. The audit assesses:

This wasn’t something that happened overnight. What’s Next?

We also are increasing alignment with other security frameworks, notably the NIST CSF 2.0 certification. This ensures that as we continue to grow, customer data remains secure with us.
